  The delivery time is 1 to 3 working days. The delivery time is 3 till 7 working days if the product is out of stock.
  
  In case of prepayment of the order the delivery times are measured from the moment we recieve your payment. The actual delivery time of products that are out of stock can differ in special occasions.

Shipping

• All products are shipped with UPS. At the moment we ship your order, you will recieve an email with a track and trace code of your shipment.
  
  If you are not at home at the first delivery, UPS will try to deliver the next day and will leave a note. Again if you're not at home the second time, UPS will leave a note and will try again to deliver the next day for the third time.

Transport risk

• Your shipment is handled with care. You can trust on it that the shipment will arrive OK. In case of damage caused by the transport we are insured. So there isn't any risk for you. That's why you always have to check the package before you accept it.
  
  

Cancellation

• In case your order has not been shipped already, you can cancel your order without cost and notifying us by phone or e-mail.

Warranty & Return
